Happiness Makes Us Less Creative

 

Did you know that according to numerous studies, scientists have determined that creativity actually is more dependent on persistence and problem solving skills than anything?  It definitely isn’t connected to happiness.    A good mood doesn’t improve our ability to solve a problem because this process usually involves judgments that don’t usually feel good……like critique and evaluation, experimentation, and failure.
