East West, developers of Patriots Landing, just built a new addition to our trail network and spent $38,000 on it. Besides biking, jogging, and strolling……we can even walk on our trail system to the grocery store to get dinner! Everyone enjoy!

Every year, Santa comes to Patriots Landing to meet each and every child in our beautiful clubhouse. The decorations are so lovely, and he makes the event really special and personal. We are SO happy that we don’t have to go to the mall to see Santa!!!!!!
