Everyone had a blast at the Halloween Party with crafts, parade, and treats!

Pool games and fun, an old fashioned picnic with specialty dishes made by everyone, and a wonderful parade!

The Annual Oyster Roast was a blast with great music, fun games, and glorious weather…..all right in our neighborhood park. A great turnout for a fabulous event!!    

September was a fabulous month with 5 new homes under contract. Our new homeowners are both local and from out of town. We look forward to meeting them at the annual Oyster Roast in October in the park.

Foreclosures in Richmond are down 50% this year from the same month a year ago. This compares to only 15% for the country overall. We are so lucky to live in such a healthy real estate market!

Everyone enjoyed a full day of fun beginning with the parade….great decorating adults and kids!! A deliciouscovered dish picnic lunch was followed by games and contestsat the pool, storytime, and evening fireworks…..all right in the community.
